including customer counts, broken down by the residential rate classes and the non-residential
customer class.
The information reflected in Attachment PUC 2014-13 Supp. reflects only those accounts having
a balance due at October 31, 2014. Therefore, any account that has a zero balance is not
reflected in the customer count shown.
