Additions, deletions and / or revisions shall be incorporated in the Contract Documents as hereinafter described. All information and documentation in the revised drawings and specification referenced in the following shall meet all requirements of relevant codes referenced in the Specification. The following documents are in addition to the Tender Documents and Drawings and are to be related and understood together with the revised drawings listed below to modify the scope and intent of tender documents. Add new Note 5 referencing the threshold of door D107B to read: Established finished floor height for interior topping to govern grading exterior entrance to ensure new concrete slab is level with interior floor for barrier free access. Add 45mm floor topping within Office 120 & 121 to ensure a constant level surface throughout. Remove door D108 and associated door hardware (see SK7), maintain new door casing and trims for opening. Provide new singe wall mounted 38mm dia. metal handrail at new stair within Vestibule 208. Handrail is to be installed 920mm above stair nosing and extend 300mm beyond the upper and lower treads. Revise adjacent wall enclosure within Vestibule 208 from partitions type P3 to P2. Add dashed line around Office 204 and Washroom 206 to depict new wainscoting walls. See attached updated Finish Schedule. Revise partition type P3 at south face of lift shaft to P1. Note that all partitions surrounding lift are to be a 1 hour fire rated assembly of 16mm Type X gypsum board. Drawings A6 – Ground Floor Reflected Ceiling Plan 1. .6 Revise the number for Note 2 identifying the double doors that are to be removed to be Note 1. Drawings A5 – Second Floor Plan 1. .5 Detail B/A1 – General Note: Basement exposed structure is to be covered with 16mm fire rated type X gypsum board over all exposed combustible structure to ensure a 45 minute rating. All joints are to be taped and filled without any paint finish. Include 19mm furring across ceiling where existing services are to remain and be encapsulated. Clarification to notes on images referencing the finishing of existing wood: All existing stained wood doors, railing, caps, casings and trims are to be thoroughly cleaned with a non-chemical cleaner, lightly sanded and resealed with a semi-transparent or clear coating. General Contractor is to coordinate and provide test sections on demolished stained door and frame adjacent to lift for designer and owner approval. ELECTRICAL Symbol of the circle the line in the middle is a poke through fire rated floor box as specified in the specifications. Disconnects feeding the heat pumps are provided with the equipment. Supply and install an additional six (6) Type L8 light fixtures in the attic space. Space them at approximately an 8 foot spacing. Feed from a dedicated circuit and switch from Panel “C”. Delete the four (4) Type L14 lights on the exterior exit stair. DRAWING E7- SECOND FLOOR LIGHTING LAYOUT 1. .3 Add the following to Section 15500 6.4: The refrigerant piping shall be hard drawn piping, piping shall be run neatly in straight and parallel lines.
