Logistics
We have an information-packed, interactive schedule planned
for the Sophia User Group Meeting. This year’s schedule has an
exciting mix of participants from research institutions and
corporate teams - designed to get people together to share
ideas and offer unmatched networking in R&D. Sessions range
from group discussions to focused topics to individualized
training opportunities.
Sessions will be held at East Bank Club which is just down the
street from the Wellspring office. Wellspring is located at 350 N.
LaSalle Drive, 12th Floor, at the corner of LaSalle Boulevard and
Kinzie Street. The aloft hotel is just 0.2 miles away, and our
dinner will be at Maggiano’s Little Italy, just across the street
from the hotel.
Sessions
General sessions offer
presentations and
discussions among all
meeting participants,
primarily covering
broad areas. Learn
more about our
roadmap as well as
hear our panelist
discuss the future of
engagement models.
Training sessions focus on a particular functional area. They
will repeat once during a two hour block allowing you to
attend up to four during the week.
On-Demand sessions allow for addressing specific
questions to be answered with hands-on practice and
coaching by Wellspring staff. Participants sign-up in advance.
General On-Demand sessions are available to all based on
request compilation. Sessions held Thursday 11 am – 12:30
pm at Wellspring HQ.

Hotel
Local Transportation: Chicago has two airports, O’Hare and
Midway. Chicago is a taxi city, and both airports have a
continuous stream of taxis to downtown. Taxis are ~$40 from
O’Hare and ~$35 from Midway. Parking is available at East
Bank Club.
Both airports also offer subway service (called the “El”). Clark/
Lake is the closest stop to both Wellspring and the hotel and is
indicated on the map in a blue box. Take the Blue Line from
O’Hare and the Orange Line from Midway.
