The Soarian Clinicals TRAIN environment includes all of the modules – Orders, Clinical Assessments, Provider
Documentation, EDTB and Chart - as a stand-alone system. There are no interfaces, therefore, no results and
limited functionality exists. The following is Not available in the Train Sandbox: MAK, Interventions, Critical
Care
Logging into the Soarian Clinical Desktop, you can view and try out the various parts of the application for handson experience with the system prior to Go Live. You can view how clinical data is displayed in the Clinical
Summary. Select one of the Usernames/Password listed below to access Soarian

To Search for a patient that you can document an assessment on for Practice follow the instructions
below:
1. CLICK on the “Search” icon on the top right task bar
2. Search box will open – TYPE last name (Sandbox)
first name (Frank) , CLICK Search
3. CLICK on your patient …..Sandbox, Frank
4. CLICK “ Patient Record dropdown … select Charting”
5. From the Charting taskcard select … Documentation
6.
Select a document from the Filtered List and document patient assessment(s)
