Maryland is one of the smallest states in the United States
and it is located in the northeast region of the country.
The capital is Annapolis, one of the oldest cities in
America and where the Navy Academy is based on.
However, most of the people live in the area around
Washington D.D. and Baltimore.
Maryland is 6 hours
behind of Spain. That
means if you ring your
parents at 22:00, it is
4:00 am in Spain and
they will probably be
sleeping.
Please, keep that in
mind and don’t wake
them up!!
Average temperature in the
summer: 23 degrees.
Maryland summers vary from
mild to hot with greater levels of
humidity in eastern and
southern areas.
