We use only prime cuts of beef from Greendale Farm’s single
herd of Charolaise cows in Woodbury Salterton, Devon. We
butcher all the meat ourselves and then individually handpress all our burgers (we do not use any breadcrumbs or
filler in our burgers which means they are gluten free).
