Carlos is a native of Buenos Aires and has been teaching and spreading the culture of Argentine Tango for the last 3 decades across Buenos Aires, New York, Paris, Barcelona, Rome, Vienna and Bali, where he met Marisa and together decided to take a shot at Tango in Paradise, Zanzibar!
