In a career spanning over 30 years, Bill has served in
various executive management positions with premier
supermarket retailers, including Giant Eagle, Ahold
USA, and Genuardi’s Family Markets. He joined
Resource One in 2001 and serves in the St. Louis
office as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer. His
responsibilities include assisting manufacturers with
the development of innovative new private label
products that meet the most challenging marketing
criteria.
Jud has been in the consumer products industry for
over 40 years. He has held positions from National
Sales Manager to VP Sales and has developed long
standing relationships by calling major retailers such as
Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Sam’s Club,
BJs, as well as major grocery chains such as Safeway,
Kroger. He’s also developed key product programs with
retailers such as Home Depot, Lowes and Menards
home centers.
Rick is currently a principle at Victory Wholesale.
Victory was founded by his father and is one of the
largest wholesale/distribution companies in North
America with sales of over $1 billion. Rick is also
owner of FMG which is currently the largest white/
private label manufacturer in the US. Rick also runs
a major import company called Custom Quest. Rick
will be actively involved with providing importing,
warehousing, distribution, fulfillment and the factoring
of orders for the new LLC.
In 1987, Jim formed his own marketing development
company. Since that time he has consulted and worked
with some of the largest companies in the world
including Nabisco, The Vatican Library, GM, Target and
Warner Bros. Zanotti has helped develop new product
launch strategies (Nabisco for the Oreo Cookies Mini
Pack and Frankenmuth Select Products as well as
introduced new concepts to Humana Hospital Systems
and Gerber Products. Jim and his network specialize in
developing, coordinating and executing promotional
platforms for corporations, associations and nonprofits. His clients include Wal-Mart, General Motors,
Ford, Warner Bros., JC Penney, St. Jude’s Children’s
Research Hospital, Children’s Miracle Network,
Hallmark Cards, Elvis Presley Enterprises, The Vatican
Library, LifeTouch, Target Stores, Big Fish Games, Real
Networks, SAAB, Flagstar Bank and Sony.
He also provides private label consulting services to
several major retailers in multiple trade classes, focusing
on topics ranging from the development of premium
tier products to strategies that fit the requirements of
value conscious retailers. Specializing in marketing,
merchandising and procurement, he has developed or
managed several major private label programs, receiving
two PLMA (Private Label Manufacturers Association)
“Salute to Excellence” awards for supermarkets and
drug chains respectively.
Over his 40 years in the industry he has developed
an extensive network with brokers and product
representation agencies that share his experience and
long standing relationships with key retailers. His
network has called on Costco since they opened their
first club store and have serviced retailers like Wal-Mart
for over 20 years and Walgreens for 25 years, and share
a similar history with most major retail accounts. This
extensive network has the ability to cover most markets
within a short period of time and have generated
billions of dollars in sales

Mr. Hoelzel is a business entrepreneur and advertising
and marketing consultant with a 25-year career working
extensively in the fields of advertising, marketing and
product development.
Mr. Hoelzel has developed numerous private label
design programs for companies like J.C. Penney’s,
Bloomingdales, Old Navy and American Eagle
