NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending
in the Court of Common Pleas for Orangeburg County upon a Complaint of the above
named Plaintiff against the above named Defendants for the purpose of removing a
cloud from the title to the real estate described below, which, at the time of
commencement of this action and at the time of the filing of this notice, is situated in
Orangeburg County, South Carolina, and is described as follows:
All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land situate, lying and being in Limestone
Township, County and State aforesaid, containing (53) acres, less and except (13.1)
acres conveyed to Harry L. Roberts in Deed Book 291 at page 251 in the Orangeburg
County Register of Deeds office and (12.5) acres conveyed to Thyas E. McDaniel in
Deed Book 291 at Page 253, and being bounded as follows: On the Northby lands of
Eugene Williams and lands of C.O. Inabinet; on the East by the Kennerly Public Road;
on the South by lands of Spencer Pauling and lands of John B. Pauling and on the
West by lands of W. E. Colter and lands of J.P. Inabinet.
Less and except: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land situate, lying and being
in Limestone Township, Orangeburg County, South Carolina, and containing Thirteen
and one-tenth (13.1) acres and being shown as Tract B on a plat of property of Harry
L. Roberts, surveyed by C.A. Ferris, R.L.S., on December 20, 1966, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of Court for Orangeburg County Plat Book 24 at Page 22, and
bounded on the North by lands formerly of Redmon; on the East by Tract A, as shown

Being a portion of property conveyed to John B. Pauling by deed of Rosa L. Jones
and Asa Jones, dated October 19, 1955, and filed October 22, 1955, in the
Orangeburg County Clerk of Court office in Deed Book 198 at page 128.
