Deep Water Aerobics
Join Linda Craig for our afternoon Deep Water Aerobics class. Deep water

resistance of the water. The exercises are designed to strengthen your heart
4
and skeletal muscles, increase agility, as well as improving range of motion.
The water’s buoyancy supports joints, allowing freedom of movement, which
can prevent stiffness and soreness. When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 6-July 27, 2-2:50 p.m.
Where: ENMU Natatorium (behind the Golden Library)
