SIREHNA® can provide complete ship
motion stabilisation control system
solutions based on classical stabilisation
concepts (passive anti-roll tanks (“Flume”
type or U-Tube type), fin anti-roll
stabilisation) or more advanced dynamic
control functions (yaw/roll coupled
stabilisation, dynamic anti-pitch, rudder
roll stabilisation, zero speed or low
speed anti-roll stabilisation by active
moving masses).

All our ship behaviour models are
based on modelling and/or simulations.
Through its various activities, SIREHNA®
developed experience in physical
modelling of naval systems and expertise
in modelling for control. Identification
and/or estimation of marine platform
behaviour is based on towing tank,
free model and full-scale trials.

For naval or civilian projects SIREHNA®
designs control laws with LQG or
algorithms. These control laws are then
implemented on-board marine platforms
for dynamic control in discrete systems
with embedded software and hardware
provided by SIREHNA®.
