renovated, c. 1980, with first floor added to return; renovated and refenestrated, c. 1990.

lean-to aisles to north and to south elevations with single-bay double-height projecting chapel to south-west on a polygonal
plan, single-bay triple-height transepts to north and to south with four-bay single-storey projecting chapel to north transept,
single-bay two-stage truncated entrance tower to south transept on a square plan with lancet-arch door opening and single-bay
full-height flanking polygonal corner turrets, single-bay triple-height chancel and single-bay full-height bowed apse to east gable
end with two-bay single-storey sacristy projection to north-east and entrance bay to west gable end with single-bay singlestorey flat-roofed projecting porch to ground floor with battlemented parapet, five-light lancet-arch window openings over and
single-bay four-stage flanking polygonal corner turrets; renovated internally, c. 1985. Burial ground to site with group of cutstone grave markers, c. 1880-present. Gateway and boundary, c. 1880, to circumference of site comprising rock-hewn granite
ashlar piers with cast-iron gates and sections of cast-iron railings.

Detached four-bay single-storey limestone-built Hard Gothic-style single-cell former Church of Ireland Church, c. 1865, with
pointed-arch openings, single-bay two-storey projecting entrance tower to north-west on a square plan with buttresses, belfry
over having limestone ashlar octagonal spire, paired pointed-arch window openings to west gable end, single pointed-arch
window opening to east gable end and single-bay single-storey vestry projection to south-east on a polygonal plan; re-roofed
and renovated internally, c. 1995, to accommodate use as gallery. Gateway, c. 1865, to north-west comprising pair of rubble
stone piers with wrought iron gate.

similar type and material shall be granted if the condition
of existing slates warrants this.
(f) Insertion of Velux or dormer windows shall not be
permitted on façade or roof towards streets and public
spaces.
(g) Ridge tiles and other decorative features of the roof should
be retained on roof towards streets and public spaces.

if the condition of existing tiles or features warrants this)
