CENTRE
Every aspect of the plant is carefully
monitored from the control centre ensuring
seamless plant operation.
REACTOR
Our reactors convert all heat from the
pyrolisis process into energy, while
maintaining an ice cold innercore lining
condition.
TORCHES
The plasma torches we use, are from a
reputable USA Company. The units generate
up to 5000 degrees Celsius, thus eradicating
all types of toxins.
ELECTRICAL GRIDS
The energy plant comes with a turn-key
sub-station, ready to be connected to the
main grid.
MATERIAL FEED SYSTEM
Specially designed by Designed Thinking
Solutions, the system provides cutting
edge handling, drying and ventilation
equiptment.
PARTICLE REMOVER & GAS
SCRUBBERS
With the Syngas particle remover and
scrubbers effectively removing all
unwanted particles, the gasturbines
run on clean Syngas.
GAS TURBINES
The gas turbines used in the plant are
world acclaimed Titan 250”s. These turbines
have proved themselves worldwide and
have an excellent reputation.
STEAM TURBINES
Our Steam Turbines use General Electric
turbines thus ensuring maximum
performance from the > 400°C
superheated steam.
