STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS Store pre-whipped icing and filling in the freezer upon
receiving. Store in clean, cool, dry area recommended storage temperature for normal use is
42° - 50° F.

DIRECTIONS:
Thaw pre-whipped icing and filling in refrigerator for 24 hrs. Although soft when frozen, pre-whipped icing and
filling is not ready to use from the freezer.
Remove desired amount of pre-whipped icing and filling from tub. Return remainder to refrigerator. Pre-whipped
icing and filling tub should not be re-frozen, although, cakes once decorated may be frozen.
Cakes should be decorated while pre-whipped icing is still cool. Allowing pre-whipped icing and filling to become
warm can result in a coarse and airy texture which may make cake and pastry decorating more difficult. The ideal
temperature for using pre-whipped icing and filling is 42 – 50 deg F. (5.5 – 10 deg c.). Food coloring may be
added at this time.
**Finished cakes should be covered when stored in the freezer, refrigerator or when not refrigerated.
