CCOF. Our meat is processed at non-certified organic USDA
facilities, and therefore, pork is not certified organic. Each Pork Share comes with a pack of
Riverdog crew recommended recipes.

We don’t have a facility to process and package our
own hogs. We send them to Manas Meats in Esparto,
Ca. Manas Meats butchers and packages our cuts.

Placing an order for a Pork Share
1. Review a current list of pork shares, and
select, an order of preference, your top three
choices.
2. Email [email protected] with your
selections, a contact phone number where
you are best reached, and a date for
delivery.
3. We will reserve your most preferred pork
share available, and send you a
confirmation email of the order and delivery
date. Please mail your payment to our
mailing address upon receipt of the email
confirmation.
4. Pick up your pork share on the arranged
date at a CSA Site or at a Berkeley Market.
Please leave behind the cooler that the meat
is delivered in for our driver to pick up the
following week.
