School Store Coupons
Now your child can give school store coupons
to his/her classmates in honor of their
birthday. Students can use the birthday
coupons to shop at the school store for
something special like pencils ($.25), erasers
($.25), highlighters ($.50), cool folders ($1),
notebooks ($.75) and more!!

Write how many coupons you are ordering in front of
the coupon dollar amount you desire to purchase.

One week before the birthday, you or your child can
bring this order form, with payment, to the school
store during school store hours Tuesday or
Wednesday mornings 8:40 – 9:00am. The school
store volunteer will fill your order and give coupons to
your classroom teacher. Coupons will be given out to
your child’s classmates for their birthday.
Checks can be made payable to EPES PTO.
