Careers People on the move Deloitte Chris Lu has been elected chief executive officer of Deloitte China, succeeding Peter Bowie, who is now senior partner in China. Lu has over 27 years of international and Greater China experience. He has worked in Deloitte offices in the U.S. and Taiwan before he transferred to China in 1994. Joseph Lo has been elected chairman of Deloitte China, succeeding Kenneth McKelvie, whose term ended in May. Lo joined Deloitte in 1980 and was made partner in 1988. Lo was the leader of the reorganization and forensic practices and co-leader of the financial advisory practice. Chris Lam has been appointed audit partner in Hong Kong. She is experienced in providing statutory and special audits for listed companies, as well as pre-IPO audits preparing companies for listing in Hong Kong and Singapore. Haemon Tsang has been appointed audit partner in Hong Kong, specializing in advisory and assurance services, IPOs in Hong Kong and the U.S., and mergers and acquisitions for companies in the media, energy and resources, manufacturing and property development sectors.
