Considerate Hoteliers – a brief history
1991- Considerate Hoteliers was created by Westminster
Council with a founder membership of London's flagship
hotels.
1995- John Firrell then GM of Dolphin Square Hotel took over
as Director and created the Association
1996- first Considerate Hotel of the Year Awards in
conjunction with the Masters Innholders
2012- Considerate Hoteliers Ltd created under the
Directorship of Benedetta Cassinelli & Xenia zu Hohenlohe
