Switching on a washing machine or dryer
Go to: http://duwo.custommate.eu and log in with your
user name and password.
The very first time you log in with your email address,
password and contract number. This information can
be found in the top left corner of your tenancy
agreement (example: 1112.0032-003). Your password
is identical to your date of birth (ddmmyy), or log in
with "lost password".

Upgrading your balance/credits
You need to upgrade your balance with a minimum of
€20.
Enter the desired amount and press "Upgrade online."
Enter the
amount that
you wish to
upgrade (at
least €20)

After entering the desired amount to upgrade and
pressing "Upgrade online", you will see the following
screen.

you need to generate a QR code.

Generating a QR code
When enough funds are available, you can generate a
unique QR code.
You can send your QR code to your email address.
With the QR code on your smartphone or printed on
paper, you can activate a machine. You can use the
QR code more than once, because it is a unique, thus
personal code.

Making a reservation
To make
a reservation,
you must have
sufficient
balance on
your account.
If you already
have made a
reservation,
you will find it
here.
Here you can
see if a
machine is
available.

reservation if a
machine

which machine
you want to
use.
Choose a block.
ATTENTION
If you have
made a
reservation, the
machine must
be started
within 15
minutes.
If you do not
start the
machine within
15 minutes, the
reservation is
cancelled.
Once you have
reserved a
machine, you
get the following
screen.
Here you can
check, cancel
or confirm your
reservation.

Make your

is about 30 x
30 mm.
After you have done this, you'll be asked whether a
reservation has been made via the website.
If you have made a reservation:
Present your QR code. The payment terminal will
indicate which machine you can use (if a machine is
crossed out, it is not available).
You choose the correct machine number by selecting
the number on the keypad. Confirm your choice with
the green V symbol.
The machine is then released for use.
You can cancel with the left red button.
ATTENTION
YOU START THE MACHINE OR DRYER AT THE
DEVICE ITSELF.
If no reservation is made
The machine indicates the machine that is free for use
(if a machine is crossed out, it is not available).
You choose the correct machine number by selecting
the number on the keypad. Confirm with the green
V symbol.
Present your QR code. The machine is then released
for use.
You can cancel with the left red button.
ATTENTION
Your account must always have sufficient balance
necessary to run the desired programs.

No credits on your QR code
Press "credit upgrade" on the keypad. Present your
QR code. After this you can enter the amount and
confirm with the green symbol V. Present your debit
card to settle and raise your credit.
