and Making Payments
Morgan Stanley offers several convenient and secure ways
to help manage your everyday finances.
Enjoy unlimited check writing
privileges with the ability to view and track all check activity
through Morgan Stanley Online, the Morgan Stanley Mobile App1
(available for iPhone®), and through detailed monthly and annual
summary statements. You can also receive up to 50 complimentary
wallet checks each calendar year and view images of the checks
on Morgan Stanley Online.

guaranteed to arrive by the specified payment date you choose*.
If for some reason the payment is received late, we will work
with your payee to reverse any late payments/penalties. Not only
can you pay your bills online, but you can also make payments
to individuals. Online Bill Pay is a complimentary service for all
Morgan Stanley Clients.
Additionally, after you use Morgan Stanley Online to add your
payees to your account, you can use the Morgan Stanley Mobile
App to make on-the-go payments to these payees.

Use your Morgan Stanley Debit
Card to make purchases or withdraw cash at an Automated Teller
Machine (ATM). The Morgan Stanley Debit Card is accepted at
over 35 million locations worldwide at ATMs with a MasterCard®,
Maestro®, or STAR® network acceptance mark. Reserved clients4
are eligible for unlimited U.S. ATM fee rebates, up to $4.99 per
transaction. All other clients are eligible for up to $200 in annual
U.S. ATM fee rebates, also up to $4.99 per transaction. There is
no annual fee for the Morgan Stanley Debit Card.

Save time and money for
postage by paying bills online. Morgan Stanley Bill Pay service
is accessible on Morgan Stanley Online enabling you to set up
payees and establish one time or recurring payments in just three
(3) simple steps. Additionally, you can also receive an electronic
version of your bills. This feature allows you to establish automatic
payments so you can pay your exact amount due.
Choose the payment date you wish your payee to receive your
payment, taking the guess work out of figuring out how far in
advance to mail your check to ensure it arrives on time. This

Bill payments can take up to four (4) business days for the payee to receive.
To enroll in Online Bill Pay: Visit www.morganstanley.com/online
and login to your account and click on the “Pay Bills” tab or call
800-869-3326.
To access your spending activity: Visit www.morganstanley.com/online
or the Mobile App and log into your account. Go to “Portfolio” tab,
then go to the “Summary” or “Activity” sub-tab and review all the
payment activity or call 800-869-3326.

apply for the Morgan Stanley Credit Card from American Express or the Platinum Card from American Express exclusively
for Morgan Stanley. In addition to the award-winning Membership Rewards® program6 and the attentive, personal service
you expect from Morgan Stanley and American Express, both
Cards offer unique features and benefits designed exclusively for
Morgan Stanley clients.

Funds Transfer. Transfer funds through Morgan Stanley Online
or the Morgan Stanley Mobile App, available for the iPhone®, between your Morgan Stanley accounts or initiate a transfer to and
from your external accounts at other financial institutions into
your Morgan Stanley Account(s). You can even schedule one-time
or recurring transfers between your accounts.
You can also conveniently transfer funds internally between
your Morgan Stanley accounts instantly, 24 hours a day, seven
days a week by using Morgan Stanley Online, the Morgan Stanley
Mobile App, or by calling your branch. The Funds Transfer Service is a complimentary service for all Morgan Stanley clients.
To enroll in Funds Transfer:
Visit www.morganstanley.com/online, log into your account on
Morgan Stanley Online, click on the “Transfers” tab and follow
the on-screen instructions to begin or call 800-869-3326. There
will be a trial deposit process in which two (2) small deposits will
be made into your external account to ensure the accounts have
been properly linked. You can contact your Financial Advisor or
Private Wealth Advisor to establish these links with your external
accounts as well.
Wire Transfers. Wire transfer is another option to make pay-
ments from your Active Assets Account. Wire Transfers in U.S.
Dollars and many foreign currencies are available7 when Online
Bill Pay or Online Funds Transfer services do not meet your
needs. Additional fees may apply.

Automatic Payments. For billers who provide this service, you
can directly establish automatic payments with billers, such as
utility companies or wireless providers. There are three (3) ways
to help begin the automatic payments with your biller:
1. Provide a copy of your Morgan Stanley check or
2. Provide your Morgan Stanley Debit Card number and
expiration date or
3. Provide your Morgan Stanley Card from American Express card
number and expiration date.
