Gina L. Tesla
Director, Corporate Citizenship Initiatives
Gina is Director at IBM Corporate Citizenship. In her current position, Gina works to apply
IBM’s technological expertise and global reach to the challenges and opportunities created by
globalization and emerging markets, a role that includes leading the Corporate Service Corps
(CSC).
Nearly 3,000 IBMers from over 55 countries have served in over 35 countries, directly impacting
over 140,000 people as part of the program.
Gina has held roles at IBM in Strategy and Change consulting, Marketing and Business
Development. She holds an MBA from Cornell University. Prior to joining IBM, she served as a
U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Panama. She also had a successful career in advertising which
included roles at McCann Erickson in San Francisco, California, and at Ogilvy & Mather in New
York City.
Gina is also a mother of 4 year old twins.
