A registration form will open as shown below:
Fill up the form carefully.
Fill Enterprise name
Select Organization
Type from the
options provided
Fill up PAN No. of Entrepreneur (in
case of Proprietorship)
In case of Partnership firm, provide
firm’s PAN only. Do not enter
partner’s personal PAN.
In case of company, enter PAN of
the company only. Do not enter
director’s personal PAN
In case of company (Pvt. Ltd.
or public ltd.), fill CIN no.
Fill up registration numbers (whichever is applicable) and communication address of the
organization
Fill up Entrepreneur’s details
Fill up Equity
Participation (Capital
invested by the
entrepreneur) and
percentage in capital.
(Do not suffix ‘%’ )
You can add multiple
Partners/Directors/Members
name by clicking on this button.
Fill up Authorized Representative Details
Enter desired Login ID and Password
(Follow password policy given)
After filling up the form
completely, click on ‘Register’.
Note: An OTP will be sent to the
mobile no. which is provided
here, for activation of account.
To reset the form, click on
‘Clear’
After clicking on ‘Register’, a
message will prompt;
confirming registration. Click
on ‘OK’ button to proceed.
An OTP will be sent to your mobile no. Please enter OTP here and click
on ‘Verify’. If OTP is not received, click on ‘Resend OTP’.
After validating your mobile no., Login with your user ID and Password to avail Single
Window Services.
