Allow 3 pounds of ice per person for a 3 hour cocktail party
Plan for 2 cups or 16oz. Of punch per person
One 750ml bottle of wine or champagne = 5 - 5oz. servings

One gallon of wine = 25 - 5oz. servings, fill glass about 1/3 full
One full keg of beer = 160 servings
One liter of liquor = 22 - 1.5oz. shots
PARTY RENTAL POLICIES









Reserved Rentals must be paid 3 weeks in advance.
No refunds on cancelled orders, store credit only.
$60.00 refundable Deposit due to reserve any order.
Rates are based on time out, not time used.
Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and
protected from the weather and sprinklers.
All items should be assembled at location of drop off and
ready for pick up. Items not meeting these conditions are
subject to additional fees.
All china, glassware, utensils, etc. should be rinsed and
replaced in their delivery containers.
Linens should be dry and food-free to prevent mildew and
staining and returned in the red linen bag provided or additional charges will apply. Do not put in plastic bags.
The cost of replacement or repairs will be the responsibility of the customer when items are returned damaged or
broken.
