Magazine, Christina Perozzi has gained a large following as one of
the top female beer experts in the United States. Christina
realized her affinity for the beer world while managing the famous
Father's Office in Santa Monica, CA. Seeing the need for beer education everywhere, she founded the
website www.beerforchicks.com and started working as a
consultant, beer educator, writer and beer sommelier in 2006. Since then she has gone on to Co-Author two books and is CoExecutive Editor of TheBeerChicks.com with fellow beer chick
Hallie Beaune. Christina gives beer tastings, seminars and classes
and also teams with innovative chefs hosting Beer Pairing
Dinners. She is a highly sought after restaurant consultant and has
curated the beer list for Govind Armstrong’s 8 oz Burger Bar, The Library Bar, Laurel Tavern, Rustic
Canyon Winebar & Seasonal Kitchen and many others.
Christina has been featured as a guest host for a KNBC’s TV show Your LA, and as a guest expert on Los
Angeles’ KTLA Morning Show and KCBS’s Evening News. She has been featured in Gourmet Magazine,

Hallie Beaune grew up in Arizona where her first beer was from a
can (and it wasn’t good). She earned a B.A. in Theatre at the
University of Puget Sound and
moved into the world of professional theatre. Hallie’s roles in the
Tony Awardwinning play Metamorphoses took her to the famed
Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles.
Her Beer Journey brought her to the beloved beer bar Father’s
Office in Santa Monica, CA where she met fellow Beer Chick
Christina Perozzi, and became a manager. At Father’s Office she
taught the illustrious “F.O. Beer School” and was featured on the
hit cable foodie show, “After Hours with Daniel Boulud” as F.O’s
resident expert, and on KNBC Evening News and KTLA Morning
News.
Hallie has written about beer for the web magazine “The Rundown”, and The Beer
Chick’s blog on www.thebeerchicks.com spreading the good word of beer all over
