Living Well Luncheon

.G. Rhodes Health & Rehab, a Marietta-based nonprofit that operates three nursing homes in metro Atlanta, recently hosted its second Living Well Luncheon at the
Cherokee Town Club in Buckhead. The event drew more than 205 people and was hosted by the A.G. Rhodes board of advisors, which is dedicated to providing a
high-quality standard of care for metro Atlanta seniors. This year’s luncheon honored the late Rhodes and Margaret Perdue, and proceeds from the luncheon will support the Margaret Boyd Perdue Fund, which is used to improve the well-being of the patients and residents at the A.G. Members Guild spring luncheon

tlanta History Center’s Members Guild, a social and volunteer organization that supports the center’s advancement through fundraisers and membership
development, will host its annual spring luncheon, chaired by Georgia Schley Ritchie, Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. It is open to the public. Celebrating fashion
history and the High Museum of Art exhibition ‘Iris van Herpen: Transforming Fashion,’ the event will feature a special presentation by High Curator of
Decorative Arts and Design Sarah Schleuning and fashion modeling provided by Neiman Marcus. Funds raised at the luncheon support the center’s operations
and its educational programs serving over 50,000 Atlanta area school children and many thousands of families each year. For information, contact Katherine

NORTH SPRINGS GETS GRANT: All math classes at North Springs
Charter High School in Sandy Springs recently received new classroom response devices, helping over 1,600 students, thanks to a
grant from the Sandy Springs Society. According to math department
chair Jessica Woods, who collaborated with the Friends of North
Springs Foundation on writing the grant, ‘the hand-held devices
