OPERATION:
The LANGLEY GOOD TIMES C RUISE-IN Societ y reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable
LANGLEY GOOD TIMES C RUISE-IN. For behaviour during any and all activities of the any tire spin, noise,
or for any other reason, an entrant, their vehicle or their conduct are deemed objectionable by the event
committee, the entrant and their vehicle will be subject to eviction from the event. No raffles, prize draws
or contests without the written consent of the LANGLEY GOOD TIMES C RUISE - I N Society.
WAIVER:
In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, I, by execution of this entry form,
release and discharge the LANGLEY GOOD TIMES C RUISE-IN Society and the Township of Langley,
the promoters of the event, and all the sponsors and, as applicable, their officers, directors,
employees, agents, representatives, volunteers and servants, and anyone else connected with management
or presentation of the LANGLEY GOOD TIMES C RUISE-IN from any and all known or unknown
damages, injuries, losses, judgements and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be
suffered by any entrant to his person or property. Further, each entrant agrees to indemnify all of
the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of and from any and all liability, including
lawyers’ fees, occasioned or resulting from the conduct of participants or any person assisting or
co-operating with the participant and under the direction of control of the entrant. The promoters
will do all in their power to co-operate with entrants to ensure a successful event. We ask that
you do the same. Kindly observe all provincial and local bylaws, all safety and traffic
regulations, safety rules and fi re regulations.
