Many of the details of registration and exhibitor details were not on the site, but I was able to get these from the organizers easily over email. Visa info was poor Could have provided more housing imfo for students. Like dorms amd stuff. Lot of people felt that was missing. For the most part, yes. However, the site itself was difficult to navigate (especially on mobile); and could have used a better scheduling functoin. Full schedule prior to close of early registration. good information about hotels and proximity to city and transportation options I couldn't check the schedule and detail information about sessions. I found the information about hotels a little disorganized. There were many hotels, but it was not clear what the transportation options were to the conference venue. i'm aware there was some sort of mobile app for navigating the program, but solid functionality for that should be on the website, too. it's the main purpose of the website, in my eyes. Information was there, but too late. It was not clear to me when registering, whether I could register as a student when presenting a poster. Since the student discount is not always appplicable for authors, this information was required before registering. Fortunately, a simple email with a quick response solved it. It would be useful to have information about external company events that take place during the conference days (ex: Google, Microsoft, &Yahoo parties)" mobile browser was bad. More schedule information would have been helpful prior to registration Program details to decide when to arrive and leave. Program info was terrible" some problem with in Safari browser. The 2014 website was appalling in terms of web accessibility, and the registration process was straight out of the late 90's. The program did not go up until very late. The program schedule came very late The schedule wasn't available until after early-bird registration closed. The website for WWW2014 was unusually hard to navigate. Way too many picture elements (making it hard to search) and problematic information architecture. The workshops program was finalized quite later. There was no proper information regarding W3C tutorial. There was very little information available to speakers about how long their presentation was going to be, and what the usual split of talk vs questions was. Further, other conferences require putting slides on a common computer at times, and WWW does not. It would be good to clarify these details for the speakers early so that they can prepare the talks accordingly. When submitting my poster to WWW2014, there were two information sources - the WWW2014 chair and the publisher. Their notifications are not synchronized and it made me spend a day finding a specific personal key which was not issued at that point.
