Overview
Suzy specialises in commercial law, intellectual property and dispute resolution and advises a range of clients from
inventors and start-ups to SMEs and multinational corporates.
With a keen interest in Technology, Suzy advises clients in connection with matters such as software development,
website terms of use and related consumer-facing contracts, the protection of software assets, social media law and
website takedowns.
Suzy also holds a postgraduate diploma in IP law and advises on a range of intellectual property matters including
trade mark, copyright and patent issues including protection and enforcement.
In the event of a dispute arising Suzy has extensive experience in representing clients before the UKIPO, OHIM and
WIPO and at mediations and also in the English High Court.
