Leavitt puppy fostering contract

FOSTERING OF A PUPPY FOR BREEDING
Our highest goals with the breeding of a Leavitt bulldog is to ensure the continuance and the improvement
of this breed in such a way that we always and forever maintain the guidelines which have been laid down
by David Leavitt.
These will continue to be refined with small adjustments.
To secure the future breeding without any compromises there is always a need for more dogs than we
could expect to find in a family home. Therefore once in a while we seek good families to foster the best of
our best puppies.
It is a great responsibility to invite a dog i to o e’s life it is also important for a foster dog that you give
careful consideration to what is required before you decide to become a foster host for one of our Leavitt
bulldogs.
Remember that since the creation of the dog in 1971 until today, statistics show that a dog lives an average
of o er 11 years. It is therefore i porta t that throughout the dog’s life you treat the dog as if it was your
own.
