Canada departure. Please register at the Airline mentioned on your ticket at least three (3) hours
prior to departure of your flight. Make sure you have the right weight of luggage or less and register
your baggage directly to Nice.

After a connection in Europe, arrival in Nice and transfer to the residence. Check in and rest of the day at
leisure. Accommodation: Heliotel Marine in a studio or in a one bedroom apartment for the next 28
nights.

ST-LAURENT-DU-VAR
Days at leisure. Some excursions can be pre-booked with us via your travel agent.

this case, only the final cleaning will be included.

Heliotel Marine is an apartment complex. It is not a hotel or a resort even if some hotel services are

Saint-Laurent-Du-Var: a festive ‘town in bloom'. A few kilometers from Nice, the residence is facing the
marina and it is only 100m from the beaches in St-Laurent-du-Var. Located on the Côte d'Azur, between
Cannes and Monaco and on the doorstep of Nice. WiFi available in the units ($).
Your residence
The residence offers a swimming pool opened from April to November, a children's pool, 2 tennis courts
and a playground. The self catering holiday apartments, decorated with a Mediterranean influence, offer
air conditioning to maximize the comfort.
Leisure and activities in surrounding area of Saint-Laurent-du-Var
A number of activities are available both in the residence and in the local area, such as: water activities
varying between the residence’s swimming pool and the beach, directly accessible on foot from the
residence. Sports and activities: water sports, golf, horseback riding, tennis ... Côte d'Azur’s exceptional
sites: Nice and the Promenade des Anglais, the Principality of Monaco, Cagnes sur Mer, the billionaires of
the "Montmartre of the Côte d'Azur" Cap Ferrat peninsula, Saint Paul-de-Vence, a city of artists, Mougins,
the "garden city" and Grasse.

Provence – Full Day on Feb 26 th approx $115 per person
This full day tour takes us to some of the most scenic spots in Provence - Antibes, Cannes, Grasse,
Gourdon, Tourettes sur Loup and St Paul de Vence.
After leaving Nice, our first stop will be at Antibes, where we visit the old town and drive through the
famous 'Cap d'Antibes', one of the most exclusive areas on the Cote d'Azur. Then it's on to Cannes,
home to the famous film festival, where we see the 'Croisette' and feel the 'Hollywood atmosphere'.
From here, we continue to Grasse, a typical old town, famous for perfume manufacture. We will visit one
of the perfume factories here and there will be time for lunch (not included). Upon leaving Grasse, we
drive to Gourdon, one of the most amazing medieval villages of the Riviera, with its beautiful castle and
unique landscape. Our next stop will be at Tourettes sur Loup, the 'Village of Violets', with its picturepostcard scenery. Our final visit is to artistic St Paul de Vence, the jewel of Provence and home to many
painters and actors. We aim to arrive back in Nice at around 17.30

Italian Market and Monaco – Full day on Feb 26th approx $115 per person
Enjoy a lovely visit to one of the famous Italian markets (In San Remo or Bordigha or Vintimille depending on
the day of your tour) then to Monaco where you will see some of the most famous sights.
Duration of tour: 8 hours 30 mins
Discover Italy and its picturesque markets. Depending on the day of your tour you will be taken, on Tuesdays
and Saturdays, to San Remo's market, on Thursdays to Bordighera's market and on Fridays to Vintimille's
market. This is a chance to discover an Italian market with its display of fruits and souvenirs. This trip will be
pure delight for your senses with the display of amazing colours and subtle scents. You will get free time for a
taste of Italian cuisine if you wish. Then you will discover Monaco passing through Menton and Roquebrune Cap
Martin. In Monaco you will get some free time to see the Palace and visit the Cathedral where Princesse Grace
is buried. You will then reach Monte-Carlo, taking in the Formula 1 Grand Prix Circuit and admiring its casino,
superb hotels and beautiful gardens. The return to Nice will be via the 'Basse Corniche' for more beautiful views.

Half Day Antibes – Cannes – Grasse – March 3 approx $ 90 per person
See the cosmopolitan town of Cannes, famous for its International Film Festival, the beautiful town of Antibes
and enjoy a visit to a famous perfume factory in Grasse. Duration 4 hours
This tour departs from your hotel in Nice and our first stop is in the beautiful town of Antibes before we continue
along the coastal road to Cannes. Our tour of Cannes will include the famous Croisette and the Palace of Film
where the International Film Festival is held. The 'Croisette' is fringed by fine sandy beaches, much of them
taken over as private beaches by the large hotels, and it is there that the prestigious receptions and parties take
place during the Cannes Festival. The tour finishes with a visit of a perfume factory in Grasse, home of perfume
making. Included: Transportation by minibus, hotel pick up and drop off, commentary (many languages including

Half Day tour Gourdon, Tourette and St-Paul de Vence – March 8 approx $90 per person
This tour takes in the sights of three lovely Provencal villages, namely St Paul, Tourrettes and Gourdon.

This tour will introduce you to a new face of the luxurious 'Cote d'Azur' as it takes in some lovely ancient
villages. We start at Gourdon, where you will be able to stroll around the beautiful medieval village and admire a
breathtaking landscape from the top of this fortified little town. You will then continue onto Tourrettes with its
atmosphere so typical of the villages of Provence. To complete the tour, we visit one of the best-preserved
fortified villages in the South of France, namely St Paul de Vence. There, walking through the narrow winding
streets, vaulted alleyways and arcades, you will be transported back into the Middles Ages

Full day Cote D’Azur via Mount Alban and the Perfume Factory, - March 10th Approx $140 per
person
This full day tour of the Cote d'Azur takes us to Eze, Monaco & Monte Carlo, St Paul de Vence, Antibes and
Cannes (duration 9 hours)
Upon leaving Nice, we drive up to Mont Alban, with its splendid views over Nice and Villefranche. Then on to
Eze, a typical French medieval village, famous for perfume making. You will have the chance to visit one of the
perfume factories to see how the local scents are made. From there, we travel the Principality of Monaco to see
Old Monaco, the Cathedral, changing of the guards at noon and the famous Formula 1 Grand Prix Circuit. Then
to St Paul de Vence, the jewel of Provence, where you will appreciate the artistic atmosphere. From scenic St
Paul de Vence, we drive to Antibes, to see the old town, and marvel at the enormous yachts moored at
'Billionaires' Quay'. Our final visit of the day is to Cannes, where we visit the 'Croisette' to see the prints of some
of the famous actors who have come to Cannes for the film festival. We will arrive back in Nice at around 17.30.

E-Bike Tour Half Day – March 14 approx $94 per person
E-cycle through the French Riviera, guided by a professional guide and admire beautiful Mediterranean
panoramas and visit hidden spots not easily found on tourist maps! (duration 4 hours)
Enjoy stellar views of the French Riviera on a 3.5-hour/4-hour tour by electric bike; it's a fun, easy, eco-friendly
way to sightsee with the whole family! Admire the Port of Nice, with its deep-blue water and elegant yachts, as
you cycle down the Mediterranean coast on quiet roads with little traffic. Your guide will show you a variety of
beautiful panoramas around Nice and take you to spots not usually found in guidebooks. Cruise through Mont
Boron City Park and visit Fort du Mont Alban for stunning views of Nice, Villefranche, Cap Ferrat and the ocean
beyond. Continue to Villefranche, a colorful Italian-style town on the coast. Explore the medieval streets and
cycle through the moat of the Citadel of Villefranche, a historical 16th-century fortress. Savor more views on
your way back to Nice. You will learn about the sights, take in the views and discover secret spots not found in
the guidebooks. Included : eBike rental, Helmet, Water bottle, Services of an experienced bike guide. Note
You will need report to the meeting point at least 15minutes before the tour starts. It is advisable to wear
comfortable shoes, loose clothing to allow you to cycle. Sun screen is also quite important especially during
summer. Numbers are limited to 10 on this small-group tour, ensuring you'll receive personalized attention. The
tour ends close to the original start point. Child seats free of charge upon request (1 to 3 years old). Tow bikes
also available upon request (With supplement to be paid on the spot). You will need basic/medium fitness as
you need to pedal for the electric assistance to kick in (this is a bike, not a scooter). The eBike weight limit is
120 kg/265 lbs. And if you want to challenge yourself, you can always turn the assistance off!

Full day tour Monaco, Monte Carlo and Eze – March 17 approx $120 per person
This full day tour will introduce you to the natural beauty of the 'Moyenne Corniche' as we travel to Monaco with
stops to appreciate the views and admire places of interest along the way. We make a stop at the medieval
village of Eze, perched high on a cliff above the Mediterranean Sea. Whilst there you will have the chance to
visit a traditional perfume factory. After a wander around the village where every street is full of charm and
history, our tour then takes us on to Monaco where you will have free time to see the Cathedral where Princess
Grace is buried, the changing of the guard at noon and the Palace, then we take a drive along the Formula One
race circuit. Of course no Monaco tour would be complete without a stroll around Monte-Carlo with its Casino,
superb hotels and beautiful gardens. The journey back to Nice will be via the 'Basse Corniche' for more superb
views.(duration 9 hours)

Enjoy a three course local fish meal in the Koudou restaurant situated on the famous Promenade des Anglais.
Enjoy a seafood three course meal at Le Koudou, a colonial style restaurant situated on the famous Promenade
des Anglais, between the Negresco and Westminster hotels. This restaurant has a winter garden and a terrace
with sea view. Main/ Seafood platter including 3 thin oysters N.2, 3 thin oysters N.3, 3 special oysters, 3 prawns,
whelks and razor shell clams; Dessert/ A la carte. The restaurant will hold your reservation for 30 minutes. After
this time, they may release the booking and you may have to wait for a table to become available. It is possible
to ask for alternative dishes on the spot. (Drinks not included)
