Short title
This regulation may be cited as the Land Protection (Pest and
Stock Route Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1)
2009.

Regulation amended
This regulation amends the Land Protection (Pest and Stock
Route Management) Regulation 2003.

Amendment of sch 1 (Mammals, reptiles and amphibians
that are not class 1 pests)

Schedule 1, item 3, entries for chital (axis) deer (Axis axis),
fallow deer (Dama dama), hog deer (Axis porcinus), red deer
(Cervus elaphus), rusa deer (Cervus timorensis), sambar deer
(Cervus unicolor), wapiti deer (Cervus canadensis) and
white-tail deer (odocoileus virginianus)—
omit.
