The full packaged price includes all land costs, international group air out of JFK, departure taxes, fuel
surcharges and gratuities. It does not include any items of a personal nature nor travel insurance
(highly recommended and avail-able through Affinity Excursions).

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1. Application forms must be received by September 15, 2016 and accompanied by a $500 per person
check or cash deposit. $150 per person is non-refundable.

3. Balance of payment is due by December 15, 2016 and you will be invoiced by December 5.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
1. Cancellations received by Affinity Excursions after submission of application till October 19, 2016
will incur a penalty of $150 per person.
2. Cancellations received between October 20, 2016 – December 18, 2016 will incur a $350 per person penalty, plus hotel and airline cancellation fees, if applicable.
3. Cancellations received after December 15, 2016 will incur a 100% penalty per person.

Cancellation Policy: $150 per person charged if cancelled once booked plus any applicable air/hotel penalties. $350 per
person plus any extra air/hotel penalties if cancelled 120-61 days before departure. 100% penalties apply if cancelled 60
days or less before departure. Cash/check discount: $175 per person for Option 1 and $155 per person for Option 2.

Affinity Excursions (hereinafter called the Tour Operator), acts only as an agent for the various companies, owners or contractors
providing means of transportation, accommodation and other services. All exchange orders, coupons and tickets are offered subject to
the Terms and Conditions under which such services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall be
deemed to be consent to the further conditions that the Tour Operator shall not be in any way liable for injury, damage, loss, accident,

necessary or advisable in the Tour Operator's discretion to alter the arrangements or itineraries for the passenger/s comfort or welfare
or for any reason whatsoever, such alterations may be made without penalty to the Operator.
The Tour Operator reserves the right to change any hotel/s listed with one of a similar category if circumstances necessitate.
Affinity Excursions LLC act only as an agent for the tour participants in arranging hotels, transportation, touring, restaurants or any
other service related to the itinerary. We will exercise reasonable care in making these arrangements. However, we do not assume any
liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to any person because of an act of default of any hotel,
airline carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour. The right is reserved to cancel or alter
the itineraries, accommodations, speakers, operation staff or to substitute comparable service without notice. The right is reserved to
decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any group should such person’s health or general behavior impede the operation
of the tour to the detriment of the other tour passengers. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passenger/s.
