4. First Aid Measures
Skin contact: Wash off with soap and water.
Eye contact: Wash and rinse with plenty of water.
Ingestion: Harmless, don’t induce vomiting-seek medical advice.

Suitable Extinguishers: Water mist, carbon dioxide or foam.
Unsuitable extinguishers: Water jet.
Protective Clothing: Fire fighters should wear protective clothing and approved respirator.

Personal precautions: Prevent skin and eye contact.
Environmental precautions: Do not dispose of in drains.
Cleaning:
 Sweep up and recover or mix material with moist absorbent and shovel into waste
container.
 Wash area with hot water & detergent.

Handling: Avoid container damage and contact with skin, eyes and clothing.
Storage: In sealed containers away from heat and light.
Shelf Life: Recommend user re-test after 1 year storage up to 2 years.

safety shower in work area.

Shelf Life: Recommend user re-test after 12 months storage.
Storage:
 In original tightly sealed containers in a cool dry room avoiding exposure to heat and
light.
 Due to the typical fatty acid composition it may be possible to have a white sediment on
the bottom of the drum, shake and heat the product to dissolve.

Materials to avoid: Strong oxidizing agents, bases and acids.
Conditions to avoid: Extreme heat.

Not a health hazard with no chronic health effects.

Degradability: Biodegradable.
 Water Insoluble oil however so if spilled in large quantities it could be harmful to the
aquatic ecosystem.
 Not bioaccumulative and no PBT and vPvB.
