Wesclin High School Band & Choir are heading to The Big Apple—New York, NY June 1‐5, 2015 Ahhh, New York City. Just hearing the name
conjures up all sorts of images in your head ‐
skyscrapers, Broadway, Times Square, the Statue of
Liberty, cabs honking and more! A trip to the city is
always unforge able and will be filled with
incredible moments that will be cherished forever.

Highlights include: Guided City Tours through NYC. You’ll get the most of your
visit to the city by exploring it with the guidance of a Local
Step‐on Guide. You’ll learn about the history of New York,
what it’s like to live in the city today, and lots of fun trivia
along the way. There will be me both on the bus traveling
through the city and off of the bus—on the streets
experiencing everything up close and personal!
Tenement Museum. Discover the Lower East Side and the
way immigrants helped shape the area and its culture. The
group will be divided and par cipate in either the Victoria
Confino or Irish Outsiders program.

 Private Group Security This tour is open to all students enrolled in Wesclin High School
Band & Choir. Students must be in good standing and meet all of the
school requirements to be eligible for a field trip.
Adult / Chaperones Students will have priority in registration, but additional seats can be
purchased by adults should any remain. Adult cost on the tour is as
follows: $889.00 per person based on 4 to a room, $922.00 per person based on 3 to a room, $988.00 per person based on 2 to a
room, and $1,186.00 per person based on 1 to a room. Adults
serving as chaperones will be contacted directly by Mr. Washburn
and he will discuss their responsibilities with them. Reservations Reservations are accepted on a first‐come, first served basis. Trip cost is
based on a minimum of paying participants and may be adjusted. The
payment schedule is as follows:
Due: December 5, 2014 $ 149.00 per person booking deposit
Due: January 5, 2015 $ 200.00 per person installment
Due: March 6, 2015 $ 200.00 per person installment
Due: April 24, 2015 Final Payment All participants must complete the online registration form at
www.entourage‐management.com/whs. Registrations are not
confirmed until we have received your booking deposit to secure
your seat. Initial booking deposits must be made by check or eCheck.
Additional payments may be made by credit card. Fundraising
payments will be applied to your account once the monies have
been received in the Entourage Management office.

A ernoon arrival in Trenton, IL Pricing Adjustments Tour pricing is subject to a minimum number of paying participants
on the trip. Should the group exceed that number, we will adjust the
tour pricing accordingly by either decreasing the price or adding
additional items to the tour.
