The CHA is requesting sealed bid proposals from qualified contract Lawn Maintenance
providers no later than 3:00 p.m. on August 24, 2011. Proposals may be mailed or
delivered to the following address:

The Contractor will be required to provide their own tools, equipment, and
transportation to and from the work sites. Services are to be provided for three (3)
property locations in Canton, Georgia: Shipp Street, Jefferson Circle, and Oakside
Drive for a total of 145 units, Community Room, Main Office and Mail Box Areas.
Charges must include services for the following: Mowing, weed eating, edging, and
blowing debris from sidewalks and streets. Seasonal pruning, perimeter and fence
abatement and border control are included. Also, grass seeding, fertilizing, bedding
plants, landscape plants, and erosion control shall be performed as needed. CHA will
provide necessary landscape materials. The landscape services will be performed on an
alternating schedule with Oakside Drive serviced during one week and Shipp and
Jefferson the following week.
