Blue Goose Gazette
Welcome from Camp Napowan
I would like to take a quick minute and say congratulations on your employment
for the summer of 2015! Camp Napowan has been a home for me since I was a
Boy Scout in 2005; I hope you can make Napowan a home for yourself this summer. I have high expectations for the summer and your role within it. At the end
of the day, it is YOUR interactions with the scouts that make them interested in
scouting, makes them love Napowan, and most importantly makes them feel
like they are at home.
Here is a little information on the Blue Goose Gazette:
There may be some sincere information communicated via this news outlet,
however most information will be lighthearted and jovial. Some important news
broken via the BGG includes: a staff member sleeping above the ceiling tiles of
the office, milk cartons going array, and the man on the moon had two children.
Feel free to reach out to me anytime. Also, feel free to submit a news article….
It may get published: [email protected].

Crowe having troubles with ravens
Once upon a ISU dreary, while JC pondered, weak and weary,
While JC nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at his dorm room door.
Tis some visitor, JC muttered, tapping at his dorm room door Only this, and nothing more
In stepped this ebony bird, no not a crowe, not a craven, but a raven
Bird or beast upon the sculptured bust above his dorm room door
Quoth the Raven, Nevermore
JC exclaimed the sainted maiden angels named Lenore
The Raven’s couture was like Lenore’s green with silver epilates
Why did he hear all this tapping, is it from all the camping?
