Business Max fares receive 30kg. VF – Valuair BL – Jetstar Pacific GK – Jetstar Japan Business Starter fares and sale fares are not available through the GDS Fares & Schedules Fares Jetstar fare updates are distributed to GDS by a third party. Fare changes can take up to 24 hours before they appear in your GDS. During this time there may be a price difference between your GDS fare quote and the amount charged by Jetstar. Schedules Jetstar’s schedule can be published in GDS up to 330 days in advance, but to avoid a potentially high volume of schedule changes, the schedule will often be available less than 330 days in advance. Jetstar’s schedule is published to GDS via a third party. Updates to schedules will not appear in GDS at the time Jetstar publishes the change. Some GDS will take up to a week to reflect the changes. To minimse this time difference Jetstar publishes GDS schedule updates at an optimised time on a Wednesday, to appear in GDS at the following times: • Amadeus –Thursday • Axess –Tuesday • Galileo –Saturday • Sabre & Abacus – following Wednesday • Apollo –Saturday • Worldspan –Saturday Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd, ABN 33 069 720 243 • Travelsky- Saturday Jetstar participates in interline fares of Jetstar interline partners. These are booked in classes I, A, E, P, B or D. SSR • The following special services can be requested on JQ through the GDS with an SSR entry: SSR Description INFT Adding an infant under 2 years of age to a booking WCHR Pax are unable to walk to the Aircraft gate. Pax are required to be able to ascend and descend stairs without assistance. WCHS Pax are unable to ascend or descend stairs without assistance. May require assistance to the aircraft Changing Jetstar Flights Flight, date, time and name changes can be made through the GDS. To change a flight you should: • Delete the old and add the new flight in the same transaction in order to be charged correctly. • You can then end the record and a confirmation response (HK status) should be received against the new flight. • If you get a negative response, then we will send a note back to the GDS booking explaining why. Generally, it’s because the class you sold is not available, so you may need to select another class. • If you are experiencing any issues with the booking changes, you can contact [email protected] to investigate. • Changes must be paid for by Credit Card or BSP payment at the time of the change. To do this you should re-add the Credit Card or OSAG line and end the booking. Please note: any changes made through Jetstar’s Trade Support line will transfer ownership of the PNR to Jetstar. System synchronisation errors may occur if you make subsequent changes to the parent or child PNR through the GDS. Refund • Starter and Starter Plus fares are non-refundable. If a seat is cancelled the entire fare will be forfeited. • Starter Max and Business Max fares are refundable for a fee, refunds must be requested before the end of the day of departure • Refunds must be requested through Jetstar. They cannot be requested through your GDS Jetstar GDS Guide Jetstar Agent Hub Ancillary Products and Services (Optional Extras) The following optional extras are available at an additional cost and need to be booked through the Call Centre or Jetstar’s Agent Hub. For all flights: • Excess baggage For international A330 only: • Inflight entertainment • Selective seat assignment (exit row, front of cabin or general seating) • Meals (standard of VGML only) • Car seat (chst) • Comfort pack Products can be purchased on-board or at airports (excluding CHST), but subject to availability. Seating All Jetstar flights have allocated seating. Seat preferences for all JQ/VF/3K/BL/GK fares can be requested through the call centre. Seat requests for bookings with Starter fares will incur a fee. For Starter Plus fares standard seating is free of charge (premium seating will incur a fee). Starter Max and Business Max fares are free of charge for all seat types. Seat requests can be made through the GDS via SSRs SEAT, NSST, NSSW and NSSA, for any Jetstar sector booked in one of our participating interline partner’s fares. These bookings will be in classes A, E, I, P or B on a JQ/VF/3K/ BL/GK sector. Final seat allocation will be made at the airport. JQ fare rules apply to the JQ sectors of these bookings. • Customers booked on Jetstar long haul international services in the economy cabin, travelling on an interline through fare, will receive complimentary food / non-alcoholic beverages and a comfort pack. • Some Jetstar classes (A, B, E, I, P, D) can be sold as part of our interline partners through fares.
