100th Day of School Food Drive
The kindergarten classes of Cedar Grove are sponsoring a
food drive for the 100th day of school. We are asking each
grade level to help by collecting 100 items of food for each
grade. The kindergarten classes will collect the food items
and use them to practice counting, sorting and graphing.
When the drive is finished, all cans will be donated to the
East Dover Baptist Church Food Pantry.
We chose this organization because they serve members of
our own school family. If each grade level collects 100
items, Cedar Grove will donate 600 items of food to this
worthwhile organization!
Each grade level is asked to bring the
items below:
Kindergarten: Tuna
First Grade: Soup
Second Grade: Canned Pasta
Third Grade: Macaroni and Cheese
Fourth Grade: Peanut Butter
Fifth Grade: Peanut Butter
Please send all donations in by Friday, February 21st.
