The following should now be true for the following properties: The Solubility(ies) group header should always print. When Solubility (water) is not populated, the default statement is “Not available”. When Solubility (solvents) or Solubility (other) are not populated, they do not print on the template. It can be configured to not print the codes in the GHS Authority module for China using databox 1 for the Include field by changing it to blank. If users make this change, they will need to contact their account representative to preserve it. b. Header: Removed the manufacturer from the document header. c. Section 4, First Aid Measures: Updated the template to use the header “Advice for protecting first-aid responders” instead of “Personal protection for first-aid responders”. This change was made to accommodate the translation from GB/T 17519-2013 in Annex A. d. Section 8, Exposure Controls / Personal Protection: Updated the template to use the heading “Monitoring methods” instead of “Control parameters”. Users can control how this prints with the Print Footer: Product Code setting. b. Section 3, Composition / Information on Ingredients: Updated the template to print synonyms in the ingredients and additional components tables only when a product/mixture is being generated. If it is a CAS level substance or a mixture containing 100% of itself, synonyms should print as they print in a component right after the tables. 4. SDS Thailand, Section 3, Composition / Information on Ingredients a. Updated the template to translate the numbers in the Section headers and subsections 3.1 and 3.2 to use the Thai numeral. b. The table heading "Concentration or concentration range" for the ingredient and additional component composition tables no longer exceeds the edge of the printable table. 5. SDS New Zealand, Section 3, Composition / Information on Ingredients: The template no longer prints chemical names in English in the ingredient composition table when generated in other languages than <Default>. Fixes 1. MSDS Korea: Separated the telephone name from the associated emergency telephone number when generated in Korean. Previously, the number would appear to print within the header. 2. SDS Australia, Section 3, Composition / Information on Ingredients: Updated the template so that the lines in the Additional Components table are the same length as the lines in the Ingredients table. 3. SDS China, Section 1, Product and Company Identification a. When printing the SDS in Chinese (Simplified), if a material name does not have a translation, it will no longer print twice in <Default>. b. When generating the template in Chinese (Simplified), users should no longer see the material name printed twice when it only appears in English. c. MSDgen now offers A6 and A8 forms of Precautionary labels under a licensed package. These labels are available to print on A6 and A8 stock, respectively, or as multiples on A4 stock. Precautionary Label: Russia: The label can now print a EuroAsian Conformity (EAC) mark, which indicates that the material or mixture conforms to technical regulations of the Custom Union. Companies must obtain a certificate of conformity from the competent authorities to confirm that all requirements have been met before assigning this mark. When the “EAC mark” is assigned in rg/i (Regulatory Information / International Regulation), the image will print on the label. Users must maintain the validity of this mark and be aware of the expiration period for the certification. Fixes 1. Multiple Labels a. Adjusted labels so that GHS hazard symbols display appropriately and do not overlap. b. Finalizing a label that accepts multiple languages at once no longer prints the label in only the first default language; now, both default languages will print on the finalized label. c. In SQL Server systems only, the parameterized code <@1> will no longer print on labels when users did not enter a parameter for the glossary that contains the code. d. The Proper Shipping Name is no longer truncated on labels. e. A comma no longer appears at the end of the list of ingredients after the Contains header on EU labels. 3. Precautionary Label: Japan and Precautionary/Transport Label: Japan: The Japan Fire Service Law heading will now print fully dependent on the value present in the Regulatory Information datawindow, rather than if glossary statements are present in the related subsection rg/fs (Regulatory Information / Fire Service Law). 4.
