iii. Corrected the Additional Components table on the (M)SDS templates to use the “disclose as
trade secret” disclosure override in Section 1 at the ingredient level.
iv. When generating SDSs with ATNS that have different manufacturers than the base
document, the SDSs no longer print the base material manufacturer and not the ATN
manufacturer.
v. When the setting Use Maximum Component Percentage Current is checked, additional
components in the additional components will now print in an identical way to ingredients
in the ingredients table.
vi. For the SDS Argentina, SDS Canada, SDS Chile, SDS India, SDS Middle East, SDS South Africa,
and SDS US, the column headings between the additional components and ingredients
composition tables are now consistent in format.
c. Section 9, Physical and Chemical Properties: Adjusted the following templates to unify their
format. The following should now be true for the following properties: The Solubility(ies) group
header should always print. When Solubility (water) is not populated, the default statement is
“Not available”. When Solubility (solvents) or Solubility (other) are not populated, they do not
print on the template. When Solubility (water), Solubility (solvents), or Solubility (other) are
populated, the heading and data should print on the template.
i. The SDS Russia, SDS Serbia, SDS Singapore, SDS South Africa, SDS South America, SDS

Updates
1. SDS China
a. Based on China NRCC/SAWS, the agency issued standard GB/T 32374-2015. The standard
recommends that H&P Codes be included on the SDS. While this is not a mandatory
requirement, 3E Company has decided to implement this recommendation on our standard
template. It can be configured to not print the codes in the GHS Authority module for China
using databox 1 for the Include field by changing it to blank. If users make this change, they will
need to contact their account representative to preserve it.
b. Header: Removed the manufacturer from the document header.
c. Section 4, First Aid Measures: Updated the template to use the header “Advice for protecting
first-aid responders” instead of “Personal protection for first-aid responders”. This change was
made to accommodate the translation from GB/T 17519-2013 in Annex A.
d. Section 8, Exposure Controls / Personal Protection: Updated the template to use the heading
“Monitoring methods” instead of “Control parameters”. This heading will also print as
mandatory using the default statement of “Not available.”

Features
1. MSDgen now offers A6 and A8 forms of Precautionary labels under a licensed package. These labels
are available to print on A6 and A8 stock, respectively, or as multiples on A4 stock. Please contact
our sales team if you are interested in this offering. For more information, please see MSDgen
Version 6.59 Release Notes – Standard Labels Overview.
2.
Precautionary Label: Russia: The label can now print a EuroAsian Conformity (EAC) mark, which
indicates that the material or mixture conforms to technical regulations of the Custom Union.
Companies must obtain a certificate of conformity from the competent authorities to confirm that
all requirements have been met before assigning this mark. When the “EAC mark” is assigned in rg/i
(Regulatory Information / International Regulation), the image will print on the label. Users must
maintain the validity of this mark and be aware of the expiration period for the certification.
Fixes
1. EU Labels: When users have their computer's regional and language settings set up in languages
other than English, they will no longer produce EU labels that print information on two pages when
they should print on one.
