2015 Ski Spree Chili Cook-Off
Participant Registration Form
The Ski Spree Chili Cook-Off will take place on Saturday, February
7th 2015 at the Hotel Colorado.
- The competition will begin at 5PM and load-in will begin at 2 PM.
- Participants may enter any type of “chili” they would like, and a trophy will only
be awarded to the chili with the most votes in the Restaurant, Individual and Bank
categories.
- Participants will also be awarded for the best presentation.
- Participants should plan to bring 5 gallons of chili.
- A 4X8 table will be provided.
- Sample cups, spoons and table cloths will also be provided.
- Power will be provided.
We suggest that Crock Pots are used to heat and serve chili. Only electric and sterno heating will be allowed. No
propane or any other types of heating will be permitted. Extention cords will not be provided.
Restaurants should bring a banner and other items to advertise their presence. Electronic logos should be sent to
[email protected] to be posted on Sunlight’s website.
This is a fundraiser for Learn to Ski programs at Sunlight such as the 4th Grade Program. Chili cook-off bracelets
(tickets) will be pre-sold for $10. We expect to pre-sell 300-400 bracelets. People that would like to taste and vote
on chili must purchase a button from ANB Bank in Glenwood Springs, Sunlight Mountain or at Sunlight Ski & Bike or
they may make their donation at the Hotel Colorado before entering the competition area. There will be
approximately 1,000 skiers and snowboarders at Sunlight on February 7th, so this should be a very busy and
exciting event. People that purchase a bracelet will be given $10 off an adult or child lift ticket on February 6th and
7th at Sunlight.

Learn to Ski programs at Sunlight such as the 4th Grade Program, Learn to Shine and other programs that encourage kids to learn how to ski
