2. Election of chairman of the meeting
The Nomination Committee1 proposes that Erik Paulsson be appointed Chairman of the Annual
General Meeting.
12-13. Election of the Board of Directors, as well as Board fees and audit fees
The Nomination Committee of SkiStar AB (publ), consisting Mats Paulsson, Magnus Swärd, Anna
Jakobson and Per-Uno Sandberg, proposes the Annual General Meeting of shareholders that the number
of Bord members shall be seven without deputies, to re-elect Erik Paulsson, Per-Uno Sandberg, Mats
Årjes, Eivor Andersson and Pär Nuder and to elect Lena Apler and Bert Nordberg as ordinary members
of the Board of Directors to hold office for one year. Mats Paulsson has declined re-election.
The Nomination Committee proposes the re-election of Erik Paulsson as Chairman of the Board of
Directors.
The Nomination Committee also proposes that the total fees for the Board of Directors shall amount
to the sum of TSEK 1,020 (860), of which TSEK 220 (220) to the Chairman of the Board, Erik Paulsson,
and TSEK 160 (160) to each of the ordinary members, Per-Uno Sandberg, Eivor Andersson, Pär Nuder,
Lena Apler and Bert Nordberg and that the audit fees be paid on an on-account basis.
The Nomination Committee also proposes that the registered auditing firm Ernst & Young AB be reelected as the company’s auditor for a period of one year. Ernst & Young AB has informed the
Nomination Committee that the Authorised Public Accountant, Erik Åström, is to hold the position of
Auditor-in-Charge.
