NOTE: If you need to reach us with any last-minute changes to your child’s daily itinerary (i.e. late
drop-off/early pick-up times/forgotten items for camp), please call Heather’s cell phone or the
Zenergy front desk.

Drop-off:


Between 8:30am-9:00am: Drop off will be at the Community School Elementary Building.
PLEASE SIGN YOUR CHILD IN/OUT EVERY DAY ON CAMP DAILY ROSTER
Pick-up:


Between 1:15pm-1:30pm: Pick up will be poolside at the outdoor pool at Zenergy.
Zenergy Members: If you plan to have lunch poolside and swim with your child after camp, you must both
be active Zenergy members or pay the daily guest pass fee ($15 per child). For more information on
membership, please see Beryl or Kerry in the Zenergy Lobby.
Items to send with your child daily (please LABEL all items with child’s name):
 BACK-PACK (please no duffels or “beach-bags”)





FULL water bottle
Swimsuit and Towel
Goggles
Suntan lotion
LUNCH (We will provide a nut-free Morning Snack)

MEDICATIONS: If your child is attending camp with Medications (Epi-pen, prescriptions, etc.),
please make sure that all medication is LABELED and medications are given to Heather or Kari in
the morning with detailed instructions. We will carry it with us daily. If you need to take it
home every day, please remember to retrieve it from us upon pick-up.

If your child has been using flotation devices to help them swim in the pool (i.e. life jacket),
please notify Heather. We provide kickboards and noodles during swimming time each day.

Please note: We have a very full daily schedule in various locations around the property.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS OTHER THAN THE ITEMS ON THIS LIST UNLESS OTHERWISE
APPROVED.
Other important information:




Please sunscreen your child before camp. We will reapply sunscreen if your child is participating in
any outdoor activities.
For tennis, squash and golf days, you may send your child with their own personal racket or clubs.
Please make sure they are labeled.
Daily schedules may change due to weather and instructor availability.
Please pick-up no later than 1:30pm sharp. A late pick up fee of $15 will apply if pick up is after
1:40 pm.
