Indiana Glass Guild
2015 Artisan Guilds of Bloomington Holiday Show
The Indiana Glass Guild invites you to apply to our holiday
show. Combined with the Bloomington Spinners and Weavers
Guild and Local Clay Potters Guild holiday shows, the Artisan
Guilds of Bloomington Holiday Show is November 6 from
4:00-9:00 p.m. and November 7 from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
at the Bloomington/Monroe County Convention Center,
302 S. College Avenue.
Guidelines
• No work made from kits. All work must be original and
completed by the applying artist.
• One artist per booth (dimensions vary—minimum size
is 8' x 8'.)
• Artist must on-site at their booth during the hours of
the show on both days.
• Any tables used must have a clean and attractive cloth.
There are a limited number of tables available.
• Set-up is at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6. All artists
must be ready to sell by 3:30 p.m.
• Tear-down is at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 7.
Artists may not tear down prior to 5:00 p.m.
• All artworks at the show must include a minimum of
51% glass materials.
• Only artists who jury in under jewelry may sell jewelry at
the show.

• Each artists is responsible for making his or her own sales.
Reporting of sales tax is the responsibility of each artist.
• New this year: Each vendor/artist is responsible for providing
their own insurance and may be asked to provide a certificate
of insurance to guild show organizers.
Time line
• August 14: Applications due by 5:00 p.m. No fee is due
at the time of application.
Submit three high-resolution, digital images of your
work, and one image of your booth by e-mail or on
a CD. E-mail to [email protected].
If mailing a CD, send to the contact info shown below.
• August 31: Accepted artists contacted.
• September 18: $125 show acceptance fee due. This fee
includes show fee and automatic membership in the Indiana
Glass Guild. Guild membership entitles the member to
advertising through IGG’s social media and Web site, access
to glass artists workshops, as well as information about glass
arts opportunities in the region. Guild membership without
show application is $10, also due September 18. Check is
