table centrepieces, personalised menus, floral
arrangements, photography, entertainment and
accommodation for the Bride and Groom and your

Wyndham Resort & Spa Dunsborough’s facilities can
cater for up to 220 guests. Whether you choose to
have an intimate beach ceremony, a picture perfect
garden setting or a ceremony in our custom designed
wedding chapel, the choices are endless. Wyndham’s
function rooms are located on the first floor,
overlooking the spectacular Geographe Bay.
LOCAL MARGARET RIVER CUISINE
Our flexible catering packages will provide you with a
magnificent choice of sophisticated lunch, dinner and
cocktail menus, tailored to your specific dietary
requirements. Beverage inclusive packages can also
be tailored to your personal requirements with a wide
selection of local and imported fine wines and premium
beers available.

There is a great deal of variety in the choices offered
and our history shows that there is definitely something
for everyone to enjoy. If you have a particular request
that has not been mentioned, please do not hesitate to
discuss it with our Events Manager at your next
appointment.
MENU AVAILABILITY
Prices and items for goods and services supplied at
events by Wyndham Resort & Spa Dunsborough will
be held for six weeks prior to event. Before this date,
we are happy to provide you with price and menu
parameters within which to organise your budget.
However, some food and beverage items within this
six-week time period are subject to market and
seasonal fluctuations that are beyond our control.
Should market or supply fluctuations occur within these
time-frames, which are outside our immediate control
then we reserve the right to substitute the item for a
similar one.
We will confirm your final menu two weeks prior to your
event. This is to be authorised by yourselves no later
than 10 days prior to your event.
BEVERAGES
Beverages not supplied by Wyndham Resort & Spa
Dunsborough are not permitted on the premises.
In accordance with our Responsible Service of Alcohol
Policy, we reserve the right to refuse the service of
alcoholic beverages to any guests who are intoxicated.
