receive a 20% discount off MSRP for select Zenith Firearms. This program

This is a two-stage qualification program:
Stage 1 consists of two (2) proofs that you are in good standing in any of the
following professions:
„Sworn Law Enforcement Officer (includes retired officers with credentials)
„Fire Fighter, Volunteer Fire Fighter, Paramedic or EMT (active only)
„Military personnel (includes retired Military with credentials)
„Corrections Officer, Court Officer, Parole and Probation Officer (active only)
„Court Judge, District Attorney and Deputy District Attorney (active only)
Acceptable proofs may be a clear, easily read copy of an unexpired ID card and
confirmation of position on an official letterhead signed by a ranking official. A
DD-214 maybe used for retired military. If you have any questions if a proof will
suffice, call Zenith Firearms at 434-202-7790.
Stage 2 is agreeing to sign a pledge to support the US constitution and protect
America’s citizens. It reads as follows:
“I solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States
against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the
same, recognizing the Constitution as the law of our land; and I take this obligation freely,
without any hesitation, mental reservation, purpose of evasion, or ill intent;
And I further restate that I will not obey, or assist in any orders to disarm the America
citizenry; nor conduct warrantless searches of their homes or businesses; nor seize their
property without warrant; nor infringe upon their peaceful assembly and freedom of speech;
nor infringe upon their liberty to direct the upbringing, education, and care of their children;
nor assist any foreign force on American soil, nor assist in placing American citizens in
government or private camps, institutions, or educational centers, so help me God.”

Delivery times for purchases depend
upon inventories and back order. Buying
directly from Zenith Firearms may take
approximately 90 day’s after all proper
credentials, paperwork and payments
have been received, regardless of
model.

All required documents must be
submitted correctly and completely for
your order to be processed. If orders
received are missing any documents
or payments, the order will not be
processed and will be returned. Prices
on the form are not guaranteed and may
vary. Prices do not include transfer fees
or taxes, where applicable.
PLEASE NOTE:
Falsified documentation to utilize this
program, or purchase a firearm will
be reported to the authorities in your
jurisdiction.
Due to state law, orders must be shipped
to a dealer with a valid FFL. You are
responsible for all transfer fees.
All applicable Federal, State and Local
magazine capacity restrictions apply.
CA & NY are required to submit a valid
FFL shipping address, as well as a
Lautenberg (authorization) Letter, when
requesting High Capacity Magazines
and/or pistols that are not California
compliant.
Zenith Firearms reserves the right
to refuse any sale. In the event we
determine your state has a restriction
such that we cannot legally ship there,
we will notify you that we cannot make
the sale and provide a refund if applied.
