US politician resigned over a
tawdry ‘‘sexting’’ scandal.
Hustler founder Flynt said he
would pay Weiner, who posted
pictures of his intimate anatomy
to several women on Twitter, 20
per cent more than he earned in
the House of Representatives.
‘‘I feel your unfortunate resignation is a prime example of unfounded political pressure and
the hypocrisy that has invaded

The Austrian Independent reports Chinese engineers and architects
have caused a stir in the
lakeside hamlet of Hallstatt, a UNESCO World
Heritage Site. It seems
the Chinese want to recreate
