The extremely variable clamp
Regardless of whether the workpieces are flat, round, oval or angular, the
BESSEY SG30VAD KombiKlamp is an individually adjustable screw clamp
which can also be easily changed over from clamping to spreading.
Along with the properties of a traditional all-steel screw clamp, the KombiKlamp
has a special clamping attachment known as the Vario Angle Device which
offers a perfect fit for workpieces at angles of 60° internal to 60° external. This
makes it possible to clamp round, oval and angular workpieces both simply and
securely.
The KombiKlamp can also be used without problems for spreading. Simply
loosen the multi-angle-pad with the help of the M8 screw and attach to the outer
side. An additional screw at the end of the rail enables the sliding arm to be
released easily and you can then remove the sliding arm and replace it for the
spreading function. This means that the clamp is quickly ready for almost any
working situation.
In addition to its versatility, it has an extremely high clamping force of up to
7,500 N for powerful clamping. The comfortable tommy bar with a plastic pad
helps to achieve this in a comfortable way for one’s hand.
The pressure plate that can be replaced without tools makes your day to day
work even more convenient. It can be replaced quickly and easily.
The SG30VAD KombiKlamp has a clamping width of 300 mm and a throat
depth of 120 mm. It is available from specialist dealers for EUR 85.00 (MSRP
plus VAT).
