Thanks for applying to become a stockist of Hayley Marie Candles (HMC). We’ve successfully
received your information and will review your application within 5 business days.
We’re excited by the opportunity to partner with retailers that share a similar drive for success,
and passion for product design and innovation. Becoming a HMC stockist should be an exciting
and successful long-term relationship for both of us, so we want to make sure we’re a great fit
for each other.
Included in this Information Pack is some information about our products, our standard terms
and conditions that all HMC stockists must agree to, and information about what happens next.

Our founder Hayley Marie started making candles as a hobby. But like everyone she was also
going through her own personal battles. The aromatherapy candles contributed positively to
her own mindset, but it wasn’t until visitors to her home started making comments about the
room-filling fragrances, and asking for their own candles that she realised there may be an
opportunity to help others too.
In the following year, countless hours of research was conducted into aromatherapy. It was
the beginning of a journey to perfect the scent combinations that would be the foundation of
Hayley Marie Mood Candles. Her fragrances are made from essential oils that are harm-free
for your environment. Every one of our candles are made with natural soy wax and pure cotton
wicks.
Using her creative flair, that journey extended into the careful selection of natural ingredients
and beautiful contemporary packaging design that would seamlessly exist in any home décor
style.
Our collection of aromatherapy inspired scents are designed to inspire moods and perfectly
complement your environment. We’ve carefully fused selected aromatherapy scents into our
Live, Relax, Seduce and Sleep ranges to ensure there’s a Hayley Marie Mood Candle for any
space, any mood.
Every Hayley Marie Mood Candle is handmade to take your mind on a journey to somewhere
else, without leaving your own home.

WHAT NEXT?
1. After reviewing your application, we’ll be in touch via
phone or email with any questions we may have. You’ll
also be able to ask us any questions you may have before
we partner up, and begin this exciting journey!
2. You’ll need to sign the attached Terms and Conditions
form (page 2 of this document) and send it to us via
email at [email protected].
3. Once we’ve received your signed T&C’s form, we’ll set
you up with your online Stockist account and send your
Username and Password.
Once you receive this you’ll be able to login to our
website, view our wholesale prices and submit your
first order!
4. We encourage our wholesalers to follow Hayley Maire
Candles on social media. This way you can keep up to
date with new products etc. We will help boost sales if
you provide us with in store pictures or tag us so we

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Stockist agreements are issued on a per-postcode basis to
ensure every HMC stockist has exclusive status for their
store postcode. HMC must be notified in advance of any
new location added to existing Stockist agreements.
2. All wholesale orders must be placed on the HMC website
via your Stockist account login and paid (including
postage) in full prior to delivery.
3. Acceptable payment methods via the HMC website
are PayPal, Debit or Credit Card (via PayPal) or EFT
Transfer.
4. All HMC stock must be displayed at our RRP at all times
(except for special events and short term sales).
5. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of
order. All other sales are final and cannot be refunded.
9. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Orders
exceeding $1,000 may take longer.
10. HMC stock must always be displayed together and in a
prominent position within your store.
11. International and domestic wholesale orders can
be subject to additional shipping charges following
processing of online wholesale orders. Wholesale online
purchases are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
Wholesale online purchases are not eligible for “flat
rate” shipping promotions. Additional shipping charges
may apply.
12. Coupon codes for our retail customers are not valid on
wholesale orders. If you use an unauthorized coupon,
your account will be billed.
6. Your first order must include 2x of each fragrance in the
full Mood Candle Range (Live, Relax, Seduce, Sleep) in
either the medium size and/or large.
13. Stockist agreements may be voided by Hayley Marie
Candles at any time. Hayley Marie Candles reserves
the right to add, change, update or void all terms and
conditions, wholesale and retail prices.
7. Stockists must endeavour to maintain stock of the full
range of the HMC Mood Candle range. This helps you
achieve maximum sell-through.
14. Placing a wholesale order confirms your understanding
of the above.
8. Orders of all other HMC products (Limited Edition
Candles, Soy Melts, Diffusers) is at the full discretion of
the Stockist.
