Thedocumentcanbesingle-spaced.Thejurorswanttogetasenseofyouasanartistandyour
creativeprocess.Thiswillhelpinmakingfinaldecisions.Fortheartiststatementyoudonotinclude
specificinformationregardingawards,publishedwork,etc.Donotincludeandbiographicalor
identifyinginformationinyourArtistStatement,doingsocoulddisqualifyyourapplication.
WorkSample:Submituptotenpoemsaddinguptonomorethan15totalpages.Thecombination
ofpoems,length,etc,iscompletelyuptoyou,aslongasitaddsuptonomorethanthe15page
limit.Numberallyourpagesandmakesureyournameisnotonanyoftheworksamplepagesorin
