About KEYS:
The KEYS Program is a 501c3 children’s charity that
delivers music, hope and smiles to kids battling cancer and serious illnesses
by providing bedside music, care packages and family respite programs to
kids in children’s hospitals, camps, special needs sites and hospice care…all
at no cost to the families we serve. KEYS was founded by retired NASCAR
Sprint Cup Series Official David Bennett and his wife Colleen, in memory of
Colleen’s father, who passed away from cancer. Since 1993, KEYS has
delivered just over 80,000 smiles!
Why?
Colleen’s father was known to be a very compassionate and loving man who
people often said “wore his heart on his sleeve”. Our Wear Your Heart on
Your Sleeve Week is held the week before Father’s Day every year, in honor
of Colleen’s Dad and all of those who have battled cancer.
What:
The Wear Your Heart on Your Sleeve Week is a special time when you can
help make a difference by wearing the KEYS heart on your sleeve in support
of our KEYS kids. Each sticker has room for you to write in the name of a
friend or loved one that you want to honor! You can select one day to wear
your hearts…or purchase enough to wear them all week… whichever you
prefer!
How it works:
Individuals & Groups: You (or your group) collect orders from friends and
family for stickers for $2 per heart. Sticker order forms are attached here. 
Businesses: Businesses can show their support and participate by
purchasing a group of stickers for their employees to wear at their business!
Simply fill out an order form and send with your check along to us by the
deadlines below. 
How do I
Order stickers?: Simply fill out the order form and send your order in to KEYS by the
deadlines below and you will receive the stickers in time for everyone to be
able to wear them on the big week, June 15th to 21st , 2015!
Who can
participate:
Any person, business, school or community group can participate!
When:
Wear Your Heart on Your Sleeve Week is held the week before Father’s Day
every year. This year’s date is June 15th to 21st, 2015! 

5 Easy Steps to Wear Your Heart on Your Sleeve Week!

Step #1
What to do:
Contact us to let us know that you, your group or your business are
going to participate in our Wear Your Heart on Your Sleeve Week! You
can wear your hearts on just one day…or all week…it’s up to you! 
Step #2
For People Selling Stickers:
 You (or your group) collect sticker orders from friends & family
now through May 20th
 Be sure to collect money for the stickers when people place the
order so you may submit it with your order to KEYS 

For Businesses Purchasing Stickers for their Employees:
 Simply fill out an order form with the number of stickers you want
to purchase for your employees & send it in, along with a check, to
KEYS by May 20th 
 Mail your sticker order along with the money you collected to KEYS
no later than May 20th , 2015
 Please do not mail cash – checks or money orders can be
made out to: The KEYS Program
 If you want to place one big order by credit card, just give us a call
and we can do that over the phone with you! (minimum order of
10 stickers or $20)
 KEYS will have your stickers available for pick up at the KEYS office
by June 5th. If you need us to ship or deliver the stickers to you,
just let us know and we will be glad to coordinate that! 
 You distribute the stickers to everyone who bought them from you
by June 15th
 It is Wear Your Heart on Your Sleeve Week so wear your heart
sticker proudly on your sleeve! You can wear them one day or all
week…its’ up to you! 
 Take pictures so we may post them on the KEYS social media
pages and share them with our KEYS families all week! 
